Projects & Programs

The Charles River Conservancy works to promote the active use and vitality of the parklands, increase recreational and cultural opportunities, and ensure the beauty and integrity of this extraordinary public resource.

This work includes but is not limited to: advocating for a cycling/pedestrian underpass at the Anderson Memorial Bridge, building the popular Lynch Family Skatepark, organizing volunteer service events, hosting community river swims and working to build a Charles River Swim Park.
