This 196-page document describes the history and current usage of the parklands surrounding the lower Charles River. The document is valuable as a broad-brush plan for improvement and as a source in thinking of best practices for park maintenance. The plan sets forth a comprehensive set of improvements to be implemented throughout the Parklands over 15 years, commencing from the date of the report. It contains seven sections, plus appendices.
